Customised Job PDF

To allow you to customise your job PDF's what you need to do is:

  • So to Set up and down to Job PDF Template

  • Select 'Add new Job PDF Template' from the top right of the page. 

  • Name the new template, the Job field is for testing purposes and can be ignored. 

  • You can now add what you need to the template by clicking the fields on the left and placing them into the box

  • If you want to add workflow field you will need to ensure that the field has a tag

  • Once completed select the green save button at the top of the page

  • You can add the customised Job PDF to a job by using the advance featured when creating a new job:

  • or to a workflow by adding this into the workflow page.
